'Total Customer Satisfaction' is the mission of Shimadzu Asia Pacific Customer Support Centre. This means that we always strive to better understand each individual customer's analytical needs, and to provide relevant and timely solutions to our customers' analytical problems. Our Customer Support Centre is equipped with an analytical instrument laboratory, furnished with a wide range of operational instruments, a dedicated training room and a preparative laboratory for sample pretreatment work. We work closely with our regional counterparts and with Shimadzu Corp., Japan, to share relevant information. Finally, our team members consists of experienced and well-trained application chemists.
