The Role
The individual in this position is responsible for supporting the users of ERP and application systems.
Job Description
• Manage daily system support for users regarding company system-related issues through various organizational communication channels.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP system and applications systems issues promptly, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
• Lead the IT system implementation and improvement project.
• Manage and support user accounts, access permissions, and IT-related documentation.
• Liaise with various teams and vendors to facilitate the timely completion of different IT projects.
• Review and develop IT policies, standard operating procedures, and business plans for the organization.
Requirements
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 4 years of experience managing ERP system operations (Supply chain management, logistics and Accounting) and leading system implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or similar).
• At least 3 years of experience managing and developing Business intelligence Systems (Power BI, Domo, Tableau or similar)..
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in revolving technical and operational issues.
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently.

General Duties
- Perform repairs, calibration and maintenance of medical Imaging equipment at customer sites, local or regional.
- Perform repairs, calibration and maintenance of medical Imaging equipment at customer sites, local or regional.
- Identify and resolve technical issues and provide solutions to customers.
- Conduct regular checks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Provide basic technical training to customers or staff on medical equipment usage and maintenance.
- Maintain and update customer database.
- Perform 24-hour standby duty on rotational basis.
- Willing to travel abroad to give training or perform on-site repairs and maintenance.
Specific Duties
- Installation: Install new medical equipment and ensure proper setup.
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical assistance.
- Equipment Testing: Test and validate equipment to ensure it meets manufacturer & regulatory standards.
Qualification and Requirements
- At least diploma in electronics / electrical engineering, biomedical engineering or computer and communications.
- At least two years of experience in field service engineer role is preferred. Fresh graduates with a keen interest in medical imaging engineering are welcome to apply.
- Experience in medical imaging equipment and technology will be a distinct advantage.
- Strong knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP protocol, Windows OS and MS Office suite is desired.
- Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Possess effective communication skills with customers & colleagues.
- Must be able to work with cross-functional teams, including sales & customer support.
- Preferably possess a class 3 driving license and own a car.
