Towards Sustainable Pharma

On 23 November 2023, the Shimadzu 9th Global Pharma Summit 2023 commenced with an overwhelming attendance of more than 200 attendees, making it the biggest Shimadzu event yet.​

A highlight of the Summit was the signing ceremony for the Shimadzu "World Lab Network For Sustainable Pharma" Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). This pivotal event featured 6 distinguished Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), representing a diverse group of organizations: Indoco Remedies Ltd, Biopharmaceutical Characterization Laboratory (King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi), Cephas Lifesciences, GVS Cibatech Pvt Ltd, PeptiStar Inc, and Mascot Health Series Private Limited. ​

Their involvement underscores the summit's commitment to advancing sustainable pharmaceutical practices through collaborative innovation, reinforcing Shimadzu's commitment to driving progress in the industry.​
