Safeguarding Food Sustainability

The Shimadzu 3^rd Global Food Summit marked a significant step forward in promoting Food Sustainability with the launch of Shimadzu's World Lab Network. This initiative aims to unite the technological capabilities of Shimadzu's collaborative laboratories worldwide to accelerate advancements in global innovations.

A total of 6 Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) were present for the signing of “Food Sustainability World Lab Network” Memorandum of Understanding. This distinguished group included representatives from Singapore Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Republic Polytechnic, the National Science and Technology Development Agency (NSTDA), the Characterization and Testing Service Center, Brawijaya University, and Osaka University.

Held in conjunction with 21st IUFoST World Congress of Food Science & Technology, the event attracted over 1,200 attendees, underscoring the global interest and commitment to food sustainability.
